Q: Why can't I open your stream?
A: When opening the stream, try cutting off the ".m3u" at the end of the filename. Also, you may be using an old or incompatible player. Make sure it can play ogg-vorbis files.
Q: Multiple streams? Which one do I listen to?
A: Just choose the one you like. Look at the song names and see which one suits your tastes. Use the
station list to get a feel for what each stream plays.
Q: How do I request songs?
A: The best way is to state your request in our IRC channel. If you feel like it, you can also upload the song to our imageboard. It is not guaranteed to be played, though, since DJs are often AFK and can disagree with your taste.
Q: WTF, the stream died?
A: It could be temporary. Wait a few seconds and try to reconnect.
Q: It's still down!
A: DJs have lives, too. But don't worry, other streams may be online. Not/a/radio is quite fickle, only sometimes up late at night and on the weekends.
Q: Your webchat client gave me a "Permission Denied" error.
A: Mibbit can be a bit fickle, sometimes requiring multiple attempts to connect successfully. Refresh the page and try again.
Q: Where can I donate to your awesome radio station?
A: Though we appreciate your generosity, we have funding completely covered. We don't need your money.
